A new series of malicious apps have hit the market, containing code that can steal information from your phone when you receive a call.
The apps were discovered by Lookout Mobile Security, the company that develops the Lookout anti-malware app for Android.
Lookout estimates between 30,000 and 120,000 phones have been infected.
The malicious apps can steal your phone's unique ID, model number, and other private information.
The malicious code is called 'Droid Dream Light,' and has made its way into 26 apps so far. If you have one, Lookout says it can help you safely remove it.
Droid Dream Light was developed by the same people who created more than 50 malicious apps earlier this year.
