Colby Lewis grew up in Bakersfield, some 150 odd miles outside La La Land, was drafted by the Rangers and bounced around to the A's and Tigers before ending up with the Rangers again. He's given up a dinger to AGon, possibly having been distracted by Jacoby Ellsbury who was wreaking havoc on the basepaths again. John Lackey grew up in Texas and went to college in Arlington, only to get drafted by the LaLangels and then signed by Boston.
