Spaghetti with sausage meat and cream, carbonara style (thank you, Jamie Oliver!): Crumbled sausage meat replaced the bacon; cream was added to the eggs. The sausage meat is browned until lightly crisp. If the sausage meat is superiorly seasoned, oh man, you have a terrifically wonderful pasta dish.
