Food/Design: Talula’s Garden:
We’re really been enjoying the cheery, playful and earthy look of this restaurant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania called Talula’s Garden. This was another option on the list by Bon Appetit: “The Best New Restaurants in America in 2011.” Number 6, to be exact. It’s full of great wood tones, but also a lot of fun, muted colors that create a colorful rainbow. We love the mix of industrial elements, but there also the traditional elements like ladder back chairs. It all combines to create a really wholesome but modern atmosphere. Like we said…cheery!
