Hong Kong Exchange Launches New Site: Hong Kong's stock exchange said late Friday it plans to launch an additional website for listed company disclosures, weeks after its news website was attacked by hackers that led to trading halts in several stocks, because price-sensitive corporate filings couldn't be published.
