Interiors: Copan Loft:

By Felipe Hess & Renata Pedrosa, we’re adoring the modern solutions found in this small apartment/loft. What was once a closed wall apartment full of tiny rooms, a renovation opened up this whole space making it a light, bright, airy loft. But it’s not without any privacy — as a matter a fact the modern design solutions are what make this home so livable — we love that metal folding partition that closes off the sleeping areas. Though the ceilings are low, the insides of the home were stripped back, and architectural features like ceiling beams and columns are left open and powerful. Big windows let in a lot of light but it’s also fun seeing all the clean white elements that help the brightness. Though there’s a lot of concrete and gray, they’ve filled the whole space with lots of quirky art, fun furnishings and more to help keep it a warm, comfortable space. Like like. What do you think about this loft? Too much concrete or enough fun color? What do you think about how airy it is? Let us know!
