Opinion: To Take A Stand -- By Mario Antonio G. Lopez: "Time to change!": While watching the news coverage of the floods resulting from the two consecutive typhoons that recently hit the country, three thoughts confluence in my mind. The first strand was what Albert Einstein said: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." The second strand was a lesson learnt in elementary school (UP Elementary in Diliman) about nature, the ecological system, as composed of many finely intertwined elements the relationships of which are the result of long periods of evolution.
