Business partners Lorenzo Martone (Marc Jacobs's ex-boyfriend, best friend, and current vacation buddy) and Ryan Brown announced last month that they're closing their talent agency, Arc New York, which they co-founded in 2009. Now it turns out that they're just parting ways, albeit very amicably, and are each opening their own respective agencies. Their breakup is apparently so peaceful and drama-free that Brown and Martone have simply split all their clients. The Post reports that Brown is keeping models Alessandra Ambrosio, Irina Shayk, and Julie Henderson, while and Martone gets Julie Ordon, Jeisa Chiminazzo, and Nicole Trunfio. Going forward, Martone will apparently focus more on art- and fashion-related projects, and he's said to be planning a sure-to-be very fancy dinner party to fete his new business during New York Fashion Week in February.
