Gatdula a no-show at DOJ preliminary probe: MANILA, Philippines - Former National Bureau of Investigation director Magtanggol Gatdula was a no-show in today's first hearing of the preliminary investigation into the criminal complaint filed against him and several others by Japanese national Noriyo Ohara for kidnapping, extortion and robbery.
