Justin Bieber, Chris Brown and Usher Among the Artists LIned Up for 'Today' Summer Concert Series: NBC's "Today" has lined up performers including Justin Bieber, Chris Brown and Usher for its summer concert series, according to The Hollywood Reporter's Live Feed.Usher will kick off the series on Friday, May 18, marking his first-ever performance on the show, the story notes.
