Business groups find Scarborough dispute 'disconcerting': Business groups are concerned about the escalating dispute between the Philippines and China. The Makati Business Club and the Investment & Capital Corp. of the Philippines say they find the circumstances "disconcerting" but they also don't want the government to back down from defending its territorial claim.
