The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) police unit has turned over to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Authority (PDEA) an Indonesian national who was caught Sunday carrying 3.73 kilos of methamphetamine hydrochloride, or shabu, at Ninoy Aquino International Airport's Terminal 3.
