MANILA, Philippine—A utility worker was found unconscious inside an office at the Department of Justice building in Manila on Monday afternoon.
The victim, 32, a native of Poblacion, Muntinlupa City, was identified as Arlyn Aviles. She is an employee of Dear John Services and works as utility woman at the DoJ. She was found lying face down at Room 127, where State Prosecutor Caridad M. Junio holds office.
The woman was rushed to the Philippine General Hospital and was reported to be comatose....
