MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Social Welfare and Development uses social media to invite volunteers to help in relief efforts for victims of massive flooding.
On its official account on Twitter, @DSWD, the department posted a link to the Official Gazette’s YouTube account showing a 49-second video presentation of volunteers from the Philippine National Police, the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and youth volunteers packing relief goods at the DSWD's National Resource Operations Center in Chapel Road, Pasay City.
