Please note all times are in BST (EDT+5)

Men's football final: 3pm Wembley

A three o'clock Saturday kick-off is a rare thing in football these days. A cup final, even more so. The Brazil v Mexico final is sure to be a sell-out.

Men's 5,000m final: 7.30pm at Olympic Stadium

Mo Farah, who has already picked up gold for the 10,000m, meets the world record holder and reigning Olympic champion, Kenenisa Bekele in this one.

Women's 4x400m relay: 8.25pm at Olympic Stadium

Britain won gold in this event at the world indoors in March but outdoors USA, Jamaica and Russia are formidable foes. Any medal would be a fine achievement.

Men's 4x100m: 9pm at Olympic Stadium

USA will be desperate to atone for dropping the baton in the world championships in 2011, where the Jamaican team, anchored by Usain Bolt, clocked a new world record of 37.04sec.

Diving 8.30pm at the Aquatics Centre

Tom Daley's form in the individual 10m platform has been up and down over the past year.
