MANILA, Philippines – Police expect that more witnesses will come out to help in their investigation of San Beda Law student Marc Andre Marcos' death due to hazing.
"Right now we are not putting up a reward because we see there are many who want to cooperate," Philippine National Police (PNP) chief, director general Nicanor Bartolome, said in an ambush interview on Monday.
