Motoring: Not missing the tiger: ORGANIZERS of the 4th Philippine International Motor Show (PIMS) wanted to showcase fun, borrowing from the Tourism department’s successful campaign for the country. The last PIMS in 2010 had a live tiger; this one had plenty of dancers.
