Car bomb hits US vehicle in Pakistan, kills 2:
PESHAWAR, Pakistan – A car filled with explosives rammed into a U.S. government vehicle in northwest Pakistan, killing two people and wounding five others, police here said.
Police officer Pervez Khan said the vehicle was attacked in the northwest city of Peshawar on Monday after it left the U.S. Consulate.
Khan said some of the wounded were foreigners. The identities of those killed were unclear.
The attack occurred in an area of Peshawar hosting several foreign organizations, including the United Nations.
