More than just a call center, Accenture gives ‘end-to-end services’

MANILA, Philippines—Amid the Philippines’ booming business process outsourcing (BPO) industry comprising call centers, one company—the Accenture—prides itself as being "more than just a call center."



Accenture's country managing director, Lito Tayag, said in a media roundtable discussion that their company can design businesses, provide the technologies for them, and run them.



"We are much more than just a call center," Tayag said during the discussion. He explained that



they give their clients "end-to-end services" to help them from the first step of planning and conceptualizing a business up to running and maintaining the business.
