MANILA, Philippines—The most wanted person in Camarines Sur, who allegedly killed a government official in 1995 and was previously arrested in March last year, has been arrested again Saturday.
Police Director Samuel D. Pagdilao, Jr., CIDG chief, identified the suspect as Juanito Ona, 42, alias "Totoy Ona," and said in a statement released Tuesday that he was "listed as Camarines Sur's most wanted person with a DILG monetary reward of P175,000."
