Power Mac Center in Greenhills becomes first Apple Premium Service Provider in the country:

The Apple Premium Service Provider authorization is given to an elite list of companies worldwide that meet Apple’s stringent service standards and commit to delivering a consistently high-level quality repair experience to Apple customers.
“It’s a proud moment for us to be placed in a prestigious category. Before being named as an APSP, PMC had to hurdle all the requirements included in Apple’s stringent checklist for such accreditation,” said Jayme Laguio who is the technical service director of PMC Service Center.

One of these is that the PMC’s pool of engineers have to become Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians.
These engineers also have to meet certain criteria set by Apple’s Service Excellence Scoring to ensure that high technical proficiency is maintained. The engineers would then be measured on their technical proficiency through their performance and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Notably, PMC also transferred the main service center to a larger space in a more convenient location at the center of the busy Greenhills’ commercial district at the 2nd level of Northeast Square at 47 Connecticut St. in Northeast Greenhills.
This service center has a 48% share in the Apple repairs market excluding iPhones which are being serviced by telco providers as per agreement with Apple. You can however bring your Macs, MacBooks, iPads and iPods here for repairs regardless of which store you bought the unit.
This PMC Apple Service Provider operates from 10AM to 8PM, from Monday to Saturday.
