Mila Kunis and James Franco Break From Filming For a Cause-Worthy Cocktail: 
Mila Kunis and James Franco lent their star power to a good cause last night in Rome. Mila stunned in black jeans and loose waves - do you think she'll earn the title of 2012's Sexiest Woman of the year? - as she came out to support Artists For Peace and Justice at a cocktail party held at Vhernier Boutique. James also looked dapper as he arrived in a blazer and greeted Mila with a hug and kiss before heading inside.
The longtime friends are currently in Rome filming their latest movie together, The Third Person. The movie also includes Oliva Wilde and Liam Neeson, who filmed scenes together in October. The project has kept Mila busy overseas, but last week she was able to spend time with her main man, Ashton Kutcher. Ashton and Mila took a romantic stroll around the Trastevere neighborhood during one of Ashton's visits to Italy.
