Torque Droidz Life, dual-SIM Android phone with a 6-inch display

Torque Droidz Life, dual-SIM Android phone with a 6-inch display:
Just how big can a phone get to still be considered a handset? The Samsung Galaxy Note II has a screen size of 5.5” but it’s totally called for since it was meant to be used with the stylus. Now Torque decided to make one with a bigger display.

The soon-to-be-released Torque Droidz Life sports a humongous 6-inch display that’s already creeping into mini tablet territory. No stylus is included here so it’s just basically a huge phone.
The 6-inch screen will only get a FWVGA resolution which is just 854 x 480. That is below average. The 5-inch CM Titan has an 800 x 480 resolution with not-so sharp-looking screen elements. What more on the 6-inch screen here?

Anyway, we can’t discount some people wanting to have the biggest screen size on their phones. At least, the Droidz Life has a nice slim profile still making it portable and very manageable to use. You’ll also get a dual-core system here with dual-SIM support.

Torque also promises that this device will come with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean off the box once it becomes availably early next year. Price hasn’t been set yet but they said it’s going to be under Php10,000 for sure.
