David Beckham Spends a Charitable Day With Teens in England:
David Beckham visited patients at the Teenage Cancer Trust's Young Persons Unit at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham yesterday. He met with several young patients and posed for photos. This wasn't David's only good deed for that day; he also visited military and civilian patients in the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine ward of that same hospital. David has been keeping himself busy in his native England after announcing his exit from the LA Galaxy and moving back to London late last year. He's currently working on a new H&M underwear campaign, including a commercial that was shot by Guy Ritchie. David has also been spending a lot of time with his family, taking his boys to watch his old team Manchester United play in the FA Cup and attending the premiere of the Spice Girls musical, Viva Forever!, with Victoria Beckham in December.
